Expert Group for Addressees, Users, Use and Non-Use of Social Work Services

The DGSA’s Expert Group for Addressees, Users, Use and Non-Use of Social Work Services is a network of social workers, academics, educators and people whose work in social work practice, policy, teaching and research focuses on the perspective of the users of social work services. We discuss our practical experiences and research outcomes as well as dialogical research methods and collaborations with educators and social work organisations. Our work integrates all fields of action and target groups, and we approach social work from the perspective of people’s everyday challenges. We generally meet twice a year. All interested practitioners, researchers and people active in user organisations are welcome to attend our workshops and conferences.
